- No set up fees - Up to a maximum of $10K for Colocation1 / Managed Colocation2 and $15K Enterprise Managed Services3
- Deal size must include a minimum of 4 servers with OS Management (MS deals only)
- Offer is applicable for both new customers and existing customers (including Recovery Services, Managed Services, Consulting Services, and Software) who are renewing and adding new services*
Option 2: (1) Complimentary Month of Service
- Free month of service: first month of contract (i.e., Month 1 free in a 37 month deal)
- Enterprise Managed Services deals only
- Offer is applicable for both new customers and existing customers (including Recovery Services, Managed Services, Consulting Services, and Software) who are renewing and adding new services*

- Term: 36 month contracts only (Sign a 37 month contract and receive 1 month free)
- Deal size: 10 ECUs or less (non-cage space)
- Density: Average kW per full cabinet = to 2.8kW (amount equal to 80% of circuit utilization)
- No more than two (2) 3 Phase circuits per colocation space

Terms & Conditions
Eligibility and Restrictions: Promotional offer is for SunGard Availability Services Colocation, Managed Colocation and Enterprise Managed Services only.
- Offers expire on 6/31/09.
- Waiving of set up fees for Colocation1 and Managed Colocation Services2 are
applicable for only SunGard's Alpharetta, Carlstadt (777), Dallas, Wood Dale2,
and Toronto (Mississauga) datacenter locations. Waiving of set up fees for
Enterprise Managed Services3 agreements must include a minimum of 4 servers
subscribed to OS Management Services. Complimentary month of service is for
Enterprise Managed Services3 only and are applicable in all of SunGard's North
American Managed Services datacenter locations.
- Requires a 37 month contract with SunGard Availability Services and cannot
exceed the following in all instances: 10 cabinet power density of an average kW
per ECU = to 2.8kW (amount equal to 80% of circuit utilization), no more than
two (2) 3-Phase power circuits per customer.
- Offer is applicable for both new customers and existing customers (including Recovery Services, Managed Services, Consulting Services, and Software) who are renewing and adding new services. For existing customers, current agreements with SunGard must be within 6 months of contract expiration (contract expiring no later than 12/31/2009).
